Business Coaching.

You don't need someone to run your business.

You need someone in your corner while you do.

Starting or growing a business is a lot.

Not because any single piece is impossible - it's that there are a hundred pieces, they're all in your head at once, and no one is checking whether you actually did the thing you said you'd do.

That's where I come in.

What working with me looks like:

Together we get your business out of your head and onto paper. We get clear on what you're offering, who it's for, and why it matters. Then we build a plan - real steps, real deadlines - and I stay by your side while you work through it.

That means:

  • Clarity first. Vision, offer, audience, pricing logic. If you can't explain your business simply, we work on it until you can.

  • A plan you'll actually use. We break the big picture into 90 days, then into weeks, then into "here's what I'm doing Monday."

  • Accountability that's kind but real. You tell me what you're going to do. Next session, I ask how it went. It's amazing what gets done when someone is going to ask.

  • Skills, not dependence. Websites, Canva, a DIY photoshoot, writing your own words - I'll teach you how to figure things out, and how to outsource well when something is genuinely beyond your wheelhouse.

  • A second set of eyes. You're too close to your business to see the gaps. I'm not.

What I won't do:

I believe in being upfront, so here it is.

I'm not a financial advisor, a bookkeeper or a tax planner. I can look at your numbers with you, ask good questions and spot gaps - but I won't build your budget line by line or tell you what to do with your tax.

I'm also not a done-for-you service. I won't build your website, run your socials or design your flyers. I'll help you learn to do those things yourself, or help you find and brief the right person - and I'll cheer loudly either way.

If you want someone to hand things to, I'm not your person.

If you want to build a business you understand and can run yourself, I am.

Why me?

I'm not coaching from theory.

I've started and built businesses of my own, from the ground up.

With my husband Phil, I co-founded Friendie, an Australian audio tech company we grew to seven figures.

I co-founded West Gippsland Women, a not-for-profit community for women in business.

Before all of that I was a secondary school teacher, which means I don't just know how to do things - I know how to teach them.

I've built my own websites, done my own photoshoots, written my own copy, made my own mistakes and learned what to outsource and when. Everything I help you with, I've done myself.

How it works:

1. Business questionnaire.

Before we start, you'll complete a questionnaire built specifically for business clients, so our first session starts with substance, not small talk.

3. Six sessions.

We work through a clear arc: where you are now and where you're going, your offer and audience, your 90-day plan, your systems and processes, your marketing and visibility, and finally - how to keep the momentum going without me.

2. Discovery call.

Free, no pressure. We talk about your business, where you're stuck and what you want. You'll know by the end of the call whether we're a fit - and so will I.

4. Between sessions.

You'll have actions to work on and a simple way to track them. This is where the change actually happens.

Is this for you?

This is for you if you're starting a business, or you've started one and hit the "now what" wall. You're willing to do the work - you just want structure, a sounding board and someone who notices whether you follow through.

It's probably not for you if you're after detailed financial planning, or someone to execute tasks for you.
