Jane Sahhar

Welcome.

I’m Jane - a certified life coach, speaker, mentor, educator, mindset and business specialist who helps to create real change with clarity and confidence.

If you're ready to feel more like yourself again -

You're in the right place.

Here's how I can support you:

I work with individuals ready to shift their mindset, set meaningful goals, and create lasting change - whether that's in your life, your business, or both.

I work with young adults and teens navigating big questions about their future, building confidence, and figuring out who they are and what they want.

I work with entrepreneurs and business owners who want practical support to move forward, scale with heart, and build something meaningful.

And I work with groups, teams and workplaces through workshops and as a speaker, focusing on connection, mindset, leadership, and goal setting.

You can work with me through:

  • A single 90-minute session (perfect if you have one specific thing to work through)

  • A coaching series over 3, 6 or 12 sessions (this is where real transformation happens)

  • Workshops and group experiences (for teams, workplaces or community groups)

This is for you if:

  • You're looking for direction and a fresh sense of clarity

  • You're ready to grow - in your career, studies, business or personal life

  • You're open to learning, setting meaningful goals, and being gently challenged

  • You're craving better balance between work, family, relationships and self

  • You want a coach who gets it - and who'll walk alongside you, not in front of you

  • You feel like there's something more out there, but you're unsure how to reach it

  • You're willing to step up, take charge, and create the future you keep imagining

If this sounds like you, let's talk.

This is your time - and I'd love to support you in making it count.

Testimonials

“Jane has a warm presence that made me feel at ease as I worked through my goals. She was great at holding space and providing a safe environment to process my thoughts whilst guiding me through to clarity.”

-Liesel D’Souza, Business Consultant and Leadership Coach

“This opportunity was a chance to unashamedly share and talk about myself. It gave me space to reflect on the story I tell myself and how it has been shaped by my past or by the pressures I place on myself. The sessions provided routine and accountability without judgment. Giving myself this time allowed me to reflect, realign, and reshape my story—something I’ll carry with me moving forward.”

-Beth Dunne, Mum and Business Owner at Urban Tree Growers

“The coaching experience has provided me with improvements in mindset, confidence, and mood. Prior to coaching, I would frequently self-doubt and had the tendency to become stuck in negative thoughts. Through the coaching process, I've developed a resilient perspective. I can now approach issues with a growth mindset. In terms of confidence, I've noticed significant progress. I no longer doubt myself or allow fear to keep me from taking action. I've learnt to trust my intuition and appreciate my own skills, which has given me the confidence to pursue things I might have otherwise avoided.

-Brandilee Gray, Teacher-in-training and Mum

Who am I?

I'm a Mindset, Business and Certified Life Coach who understands the juggle - family, work, expectations, and the quiet pressure to hold it all together.

I believe we thrive when we feel seen, supported and connected - not just to others, but to ourselves.

My work is about helping you create space for you again - so you can live, lead and care for others without losing yourself in the process.

Mindset matters.

I've learned firsthand how powerful our minds are. Juggling many roles - in work and in life - has shown me that lasting change comes when we understand how our thoughts shape our reality.

By working with your mindset, you can make meaningful shifts that affect everything - from how you show up every day, to the way you feel about yourself and your future. Mindset mentoring helps you shift the way you think and feel, so you can take clearer action, break old habits, and reconnect with what matters.

Multi-tasking expert.

I’ve spent most of my life working with women, teenagers and families. My background in teaching, combined with my experience managing multiple companies and running my own very successful e-commerce business, has shaped me into the ultimate multi-hyphenated human. I get the challenges of balancing work, study, family, and passion, and I’m committed to helping you find that balance.

Connection.

A life filled with meaningful connection just feels good! I want this for you, too.

I love supporting individuals to open up their world. I see each person as unique and powerful, and I find immense joy in building others up and seeing them shine.

The power of intuition.

Your intuition is a compass you can trust.

When you learn to hear it clearly, decision-making becomes easier, boundaries feel natural, and you stop second-guessing yourself.

My work helps you strengthen that connection - so you can lead your life with more calm, courage and clarity.

Let’s thrive together.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Whether you're navigating change, building something new or just trying to feel more like yourself again - I’m here to help.

Together, we’ll find a path forward that feels honest, empowering and true to you.

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE:

Friendie is an internationally recognised tech company, founded by my husband and myself. It began as a complete start up, and is now competing with the big tech companies within Australia, NZ and the world.

Our business Friendie has been seen in, seen on, connected with and exists on:

  • The Iconic, Melbourne Fashion Week, Amazon, Myer, The Today Show (Channel 9), Body and Soul (Herald Sun magazine), Mindful Puzzles magazine, Adore Home magazine, Women’s Health magazine, Women’s Health and Fitness magazine, Gippslandia (newspaper)

  • As worn by Maria Thattil, Miss Universe Australia contestants, Madi Krstevski, Hawra Khalil, Daria Varlamova, Narah Baptista, Morgan Waterhouse, Tash Marciano, Em Rusciano, Brooke Falvey, Olivia White, Julie Parker and more.

Other businesses: Together with my husband Phil, we have founded multiple companies from start up to fully fledged, competitive, successful businesses. Our strengths lie in ‘doing it all’- there’s no part of our businesses that we haven’t created, learnt, figured out, been challenged by or done. From customer service, to creating websites, to social media, to seeing our headphones on the Melbourne Fashion Week runway, to employing contractors, to interstate photo shoots, to graphic design, to importing product, to understanding legal requirements, to interviews, to collaborating, to working with larger stores. We have mentored other brands and creators. Past companies have been product based or service based, such as our past company called ‘Kindness Pack’, creating biodegradable postage packaging donating 50% of all profits to charity. Giving is really important to us and we have worked with many not-for-profits and charitable organisations, such as Beyond Blue, Olivia’s Place and Breast Cancer Network Australia.

And- we’ve done it all from our hometown of Warragul, Gippsland, Victoria. We love where we live and representing small regional communities!

FAQs

“I feel with my body. Feeling all these trees, all this country. When this blow you can feel it. Same for country… you feel it, you can look, but feeling… that make you.”
— Bill Neidjie

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

I believe that every person holds a unique light and limitless potential. As a life coach, I am committed to create an inclusive space where every person feels seen, heard and valued. I recognise diversity in all its forms, recognising the beauty that exists in different backgrounds, identities and experiences.

Equity is at the heart of my coaching practice. I believe everyone deserves access to the tools, mindset and opportunities needed to live an authentic and fulfilling life. I strive to empower entrepreneurial women from all walks of life, providing personalised support that honours each individual’s story, challenges and dreams.

As a white, cisgendered woman, I acknowledge my privilege and the systematic advantages that have shaped my experience.

Studying Indigenous history and culture has profoundly changed my understanding of the world, and I am deeply committed to ongoing learning, reflection and action. Simultaneously, I recognise my distinct privilege and the irony of being a white woman who grew up in a bubble in country Victoria, having attending a private school and studying Aboriginal history at University. It’s complex and problematic and something I have reflected on deeply. I have never taken this chosen experience for granted, and have used it as a springboard to investigate, listen and learn. When I was a teacher, I chose the texts I wanted my students to be exposed to. I selected “Story About Feeling” by Bill Neidjie, a book written in Aboriginal-English, bridging two worlds. A book filled with culture, stories, dreaming, despair, triumphs. A book that challenged perspectives and encouraged my class to open their minds.

My kids know of my fierce beliefs in equality and inclusion.I speak daily with my daughter and my son about what being a woman means to me, and my passion for feminism and changing the gendered landscape. This journey is not over. I support the LGBTIQA+ community and recognise the battles and scars the community bares and faces each day just being true to themselves. I notice the lack of disabled parking spaces in my town, the playgrounds that aren’t planned with diligence and as a result, exclude disabled families, the challenges those living with both visible and invisible disabilities face. I see the casual, everyday racism that exists and I listen to those who tell their stories. I recognise that my colouring and upbringing and lifestyle renders me very, very privileged. I can never truly know how it feels to be a part of other communities or cultures, and feel judged or have a past where I was told I was ‘less-than’, but I can support humans and stand behind what I believe to be right; human beings living their authentic truth.

These things I feel and do and notice are small, but I know that small actions collect as bigger movements. I recognise that my actions may sometimes be cloaked in my inherent biases of my upbringing, until I unpack and recognise and reflect and check them. This method of and being open to change helps to buoy me as I continue my learnings, support, advocacy and action. I’m never ‘done’ and I can always do and learn more. That fire in my belly is always lit. I recognise my privilege, and commit to growing, learning, engaging and checking my privilege. Through empathy, connection and a deep commitment to wellness, I guide clients in embracing their full selves- mind, body and spirit- while fostering a world that celebrates diversity, equity and inclusion. If you believe you and I would be a great match but you have financial barriers in your way,I have some scholarships available- send me an email and I can connect you with the details.

My truth might make you feel drawn to me and you want to work with me. Conversely, my words might challenge you or deter you and that’s your right.

I welcome the conversation.
