It’s so lovely to meet you.
I’m Jane.
I’m a multi-passionate Mindset, Business and Life Coach.
I can help you build confidence, courage and joy while you create the future of your dreams. I know that making small shifts can equal big possibilities. I am so excited for you to reconnect with your own energy so you can live your life, your way.
About me
I’m Jane- life coach, business owner, mother, and multi-passionate human. I am deeply committed to mindset work and living an authentic, joyful, and fulfilling life. Life is an incredible journey, full of unexpected twists and turns. As a child, I couldn’t have predicted the path that has led me to where I am now, at 40. That’s the beauty of learning, living, and loving.
Work
I’m a Mindset and Life coach. I help individuals find balance, joy, and clarity in their multifaceted lives. I particularly love working with women in mid-life who are rediscovering their purpose, and young adults who are seeking confidence, clarity and support. I truly LOVE people and I welcome connections from all ages and walks of life! In 2024, I completed my Life Coaching studies from the Beautiful You Life Coaching Academy. Before becoming a coach, I pursued an Arts degree at the University of Melbourne, majoring in Creative Writing and Australian and Indigenous Studies. I also completed a Diploma of Education, which led to a rewarding career as a Secondary School teacher and an Educational Therapist. You can see all my qualifications further down the page!
As my family grew, so did my entrepreneurial spirit- which is why many of my clients are business owners or entrepreneurs also! My husband and I established several businesses together, learning along the way. Our most successful venture, Friendie, is an international e-commerce tech store based in our hometown of Warragul. From product design and marketing to HR, customer service, photoshoots, media deals, sponsorships, charity work, product wins, product fails and everything in between, we’ve done it all. Building and running a business has been one of the most challenging and fulfilling experiences of my professional life, and Business coaching is another part of what I do.
You can check out our business here at www.friendie.com.au. I have all my qualifications, training, speaking and experiences listed below- scroll down for more!
Family
I’m a proud mum to two amazing kids- a 14-year-old and a 12-year-old- who keep me grounded and inspired every day. Our home is always bustling, with a dog, a cat, and an ever-evolving calendar of school events, sports practices, and family activities. Family life is amazing and messy and challenging and amazing and very, very normal! My husband and I juggle the many hats of parenthood and business ownership, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
Life
At 40, I know myself better than ever before. I’ve faced anxiety, imposter syndrome, self-doubt, guilt, and burnout, and I am (mostly) a recovered people pleaser. I know how important it is to keep working on myself and learning and reassessing my boundaries, celebrate my growth and acknowledge and normalise my challenges. I’m a classic Leo, which means I thrive in social situations and love connecting with others. I’m also a Manifesting Generator 2/4 in Human Design, which means I have a lot of energy and many passions. When I’m excited about something, I’m unstoppable. But I also value introspective, quiet moments to recharge. I’m a collector of glimmers, and always on the lookout for the little moments of magic that brighten our days. I’m a spiritual person and I’m on my own journey. You’ll often hear me excitedly calling out, “It’s 11:11! Make a wish!” or pointing out a rainbow as a sign that it’s going to be a great day. I believe in embracing these moments, big and small, because they remind us that life is full of gratitude and beauty and wonder.
Outside of work, I love surfing and spending time with my family at the beach. Sunshine is life. I love diving into books on mindset, leadership, or mindfulness, and you’ll often find me with my Friendie earbuds, listening to a podcast or Taylor Swift. I enjoy yoga, netball, and coffee dates with friends. I love a chance to connect with like-minded individuals. A good quote, dark chocolate, and a deep conversation can light up my day.

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE:
Friendie is an internationally recognised tech company, founded by my husband and myself. It began as a complete start up, and is now competing with the big tech companies within Australia, NZ and the world.
Our business Friendie has been seen in, seen on, connected with and exists on:
The Iconic, Melbourne Fashion Week, Amazon, Myer, The Today Show (Channel 9), Body and Soul (Herald Sun magazine), Mindful Puzzles magazine, Adore Home magazine, Women’s Health magazine, Women’s Health and Fitness magazine, Gippslandia (newspaper)
As worn by Maria Thattil, Miss Universe Australia contestants, Madi Krstevski, Hawra Khalil, Daria Varlamova, Narah Baptista, Morgan Waterhouse, Tash Marciano, Em Rusciano, Brooke Falvey, Olivia White, Julie Parker and more.
Other businesses: Together with my husband Phil, we have founded multiple companies from start up to fully fledged, competitive, successful businesses. Our strengths lie in ‘doing it all’- there’s no part of our businesses that we haven’t created, learnt, figured out, been challenged by or done. From customer service, to creating websites, to social media, to seeing our headphones on the Melbourne Fashion Week runway, to employing contractors, to interstate photo shoots, to graphic design, to importing product, to understanding legal requirements, to interviews, to collaborating, to working with larger stores. We have mentored other brands and creators. Past companies have been product based or service based, such as our past company called ‘Kindness Pack’, creating biodegradable postage packaging donating 50% of all profits to charity. Giving is really important to us and we have worked with many not-for-profits and charitable organisations, such as Beyond Blue, Olivia’s Place and Breast Cancer Network Australia.
And- we’ve done it all from our hometown of Warragul, Gippsland, Victoria. We love where we live and representing small regional communities!

“I feel with my body. Feeling all these trees, all this country. When this blow you can feel it. Same for country… you feel it, you can look, but feeling… that make you.”
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
I believe that every person holds a unique light and limitless potential. As a life coach, I am committed to create an inclusive space where every person feels seen, heard and valued. I recognise diversity in all its forms, recognising the beauty that exists in different backgrounds, identities and experiences.
Equity is at the heart of my coaching practice. I believe everyone deserves access to the tools, mindset and opportunities needed to live an authentic and fulfilling life. I strive to empower entrepreneurial women from all walks of life, providing personalised support that honours each individual’s story, challenges and dreams.
As a white, cisgendered woman, I acknowledge my privilege and the systematic advantages that have shaped my experience.
Studying Indigenous history and culture has profoundly changed my understanding of the world, and I am deeply committed to ongoing learning, reflection and action. Simultaneously, I recognise my distinct privilege and the irony of being a white woman who grew up in a bubble in country Victoria, having attending a private school and studying Aboriginal history at University. It’s complex and problematic and something I have reflected on deeply. I have never taken this chosen experience for granted, and have used it as a springboard to investigate, listen and learn. When I was a teacher, I chose the texts I wanted my students to be exposed to. I selected “Story About Feeling” by Bill Neidjie, a book written in Aboriginal-English, bridging two worlds. A book filled with culture, stories, dreaming, despair, triumphs. A book that challenged perspectives and encouraged my class to open their minds.
My kids know of my fierce beliefs in equality and inclusion. I speak daily with my daughter and my son about what being a woman means to me, and my passion for feminism and changing the gendered landscape. This journey is not over. I support the LGBTIQA+ community and recognise the battles and scars the community bares and faces each day just being true to themselves. I notice the lack of disabled parking spaces in my town, the playgrounds that aren’t planned with diligence and as a result, exclude disabled families, the challenges those living with both visible and invisible disabilities face. I see the casual, everyday racism that exists and I listen to those who tell their stories. I recognise that my colouring and upbringing and lifestyle renders me very, very privileged. I can never truly know how it feels to be a part of other communities or cultures, and feel judged or have a past where I was told I was ‘less-than’, but I can support humans and stand behind what I believe to be right; human beings living their authentic truth.
These things I feel and do and notice are small, but I know that small actions collect as bigger movements. I recognise that my actions may sometimes be cloaked in my inherent biases of my upbringing, until I unpack and recognise and reflect and check them. This method of and being open to change helps to buoy me as I continue my learnings, support, advocacy and action. I’m never ‘done’ and I can always do and learn more. That fire in my belly is always lit. I recognise my privilege, and commit to growing, learning, engaging and checking my privilege. Through empathy, connection and a deep commitment to wellness, I guide clients in embracing their full selves- mind, body and spirit- while fostering a world that celebrates diversity, equity and inclusion. If you believe you and I would be a great match but you have financial barriers in your way, I have some scholarships available- send me an email and I can connect you with the details.
My truth might make you feel drawn to me and you want to work with me. Conversely, my words might challenge you or deter you and that’s your right.
